1: Purpose and Scope of this Privacy Policy

Feed Me Seymour Ltd (“Feed Me Seymour”), is the owner of Smart Operator. All references to Feed Me Seymour will be deemed to include Smart Operator.

Feed Me Seymour Ltd (“Feed Me Seymour”), as a Responsible Party or Data Controller, collects, uses, shares and holds certain Personal Information about data subjects. Personal Information must be Processed in accordance with applicable “Data Protection Laws”, including: (1) the “GDPR”, the European Data Protection Law which stands for “General Data Protection Regulation”, with the official name Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council; (2) South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) which applies to processing of Personal Information we do within the Republic of South Africa; and (3) the “UK GDPR” which applies to our activities in the United Kingdom; please note that when this Policy refers only to the “GDPR”, this includes the UK GDPR as applicable. Feed me Seymour is committed to adhering to these Data Protection laws, and any other applicable Data Protection Laws.

Feed Me Seymour recognises the need to treat Personal Information in an appropriate and lawful manner and is committed to complying with its obligations in this regard. This Privacy Policy explains how Feed Me Seymour uses Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who work for, with or on behalf of Feed Me Seymour.

Feed Me Seymour uses the words Personal Information to describe information about an individual (and in the case of POPIA, about a juristic entity) (hereinafter the “data subject”), and from which they are identifiable. Other key data protection terms are defined in Schedule 1.

This Privacy Policy describes how Feed Me Seymour uses Personal Information that it collects as part of its business activities. This includes Personal Information obtained from a variety of sources, including:

• our websites and our mobile apps (“Platforms”)

In this Privacy Policy, Feed Me Seymour refers to the Platforms and social media applications collectively as “Online Tools”.
